You know Otis Day and the Knights from the 1978 movie "Animal House" and the toga party rendition of "Shout".  Otis Day and the Knights toured to sold out crowds immediately after the movie was released.  Besides his famous "Shout" his repertoire also includes "Louie, Louie", "Shamalama Ding Dong", and "Function at the Junction".
